To sort alphabetically (or numerically)
As you move over each column heading, you will see a small up/down arrow appear to the right of the column name. Click on the arrow to sort ascending, and again to reverse sort (descending).

To search for a word in the table
In the search box, type the word you wish to search for, and press return (or click on the search icon). This will return all instances of the word in the columns you have selected. The default selection is all columns.

To search for a word in one column only
To the right of the search icon, is a down arrow. Click on this to see the full list of searchable columns, and untick any you do not wish to include in your search.
